1)  All players must have NCYFL Player & Medical Registration & insurance form completed, as always this document must be typed with exception of Pediatrician and parent signature.  (Seaford School District is District #6)

2)  Any players must complete the National Sports ID Online registration (this is an age verification process and has replaced previous year process which required birth certificates to be presented in person)
